Skin Regeneration From the Inside Out
Experience the next level of microneedling with VAMP, a powerful blend of vitamins, amino acids, minerals, and PDRN, at Loft Cosmetic Clinic, Niagara Falls' destination for advanced skin rejuvenation.
VAMP / PDRN MICRONEEDLING FACIAL.
VAMP stands for Vitamins, Amino Acids, Minerals, and PDRN, a regenerative bio-revitalizing solution that's changing the way we approach skin rejuvenation. At Loft Cosmetic Clinic, we pair this powerful blend with precision microneedling to deliver results that go well beyond what either treatment could achieve on its own.
PDRN, or Polydeoxyribonucleotide, is a naturally derived molecule most often sourced from salmon DNA. With a structure that closely resembles human DNA, PDRN is highly biocompatible and works by supporting the skin's own cellular repair processes, helping to boost collagen and elastin production, calm inflammation, and improve hydration from within.
During your treatment, controlled micro-injuries are created across the skin using fine, medical-grade needles. These microchannels allow the VAMP solution to penetrate deep into the skin, well beyond what a topical application alone could reach, delivering nutrients exactly where your skin needs them most. Unlike PRP-based treatments, VAMP/PDRN requires no blood draw or centrifuge, making the process simpler while still delivering powerful regenerative results.
Every VAMP/PDRN facial at Loft begins with a skin consultation, so your treatment is customized to your specific concerns, whether that's fine lines, dullness, uneven tone, acne scarring, or overall skin resilience.

PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a naturally occurring molecule most commonly derived from salmon DNA for use in aesthetic treatments. Because of its close structural similarity to human DNA, it's highly biocompatible and well-tolerated across skin types, and it works by supporting the skin's natural cellular repair and regeneration processes.
-
Both treatments use microneedling to deliver regenerative ingredients deep into the skin, but PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) is derived from your own blood and requires a blood draw and centrifuge. VAMP/PDRN uses a topical, sterile bio-revitalizing solution instead, offering many of the same regenerative benefits without the blood draw, making the process simpler and more comfortable for many clients.
-
VAMP/PDRN microneedling is commonly used to address fine lines and wrinkles, uneven tone and texture, dullness, dehydration, acne scarring, and overall loss of skin firmness. Because the treatment is customized to your skin, your provider will focus on the concerns that matter most to you.
-
A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to keep you comfortable throughout. Most clients describe the sensation as mild pressure or vibration rather than pain.
-
Most clients experience redness for 24-48 hours after treatment, similar to a mild sunburn. Some mild swelling or sensitivity is also normal. Most people return to their regular routine the next day, though we recommend avoiding sun exposure, heavy skincare products, and makeup for a few days following treatment.

Yes, PDRN's high biocompatibility makes this treatment suitable for a wide range of skin types and tones. As with any microneedling treatment, your provider will review your health history during your consultation to confirm you're a good candidate.
